Processing Your order is being processed and your package is being prepared for shipment. Shipped The package has left the warehouse and was picked up successfully by the postal carrier. Delivered Your package was delivered at the shipping address provided.
eCheck | On Hold Your order is on hold until your eCheck clears. Out Of Stock | On Hold One or more of the items you ordered are out of stock and your order is on hold. Pet Info Required Additional information is required about your pet(s) in order to fulfill your order properly. Partially Refunded Your payment has been partially refunded. Partial funds have been credited back to you. Temporarily Undeliverable One or more of the product(s) you ordered are temporarily undeliverable. Product Currently Unavailable One or more of the product(s) you ordered are currently unavailable. Sold out | Refunded We are sold out of the item(s) you ordered. You have been refunded. Product Discontinued | Refunded The product you ordered has been discontinued by the manufacturer. You have been refunded. Processing | Partially Refunded You have been refunded for one or more of the items you ordered. The rest of your order is being processed. Canceled and Refunded Your order has been canceled and you have been refunded. Backordered | on Hold One or more of the items you ordered is currently on backorder and your order is on hold until our warehouse receives the item Out of stock | Refunded The item you ordered is out of stock.
