    Peticious is the largest online distributor and retailer of pet supplies. Located upstate NY, we sell retail directly, and to dealers who offer professional services to the retail market. We also distribute to Pet shops, Groomers, Veterinarians, Kennels, Trainers, Breeders and other Pet Professionals.

    At this moment Peticious carries over 75,000 individual products from 500 different manufacturers.

    Yes, we do.

    Yes, we do. All items which require a prescription have been marked.

  5. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
    All orders are processed in the order received. It may take anywhere from 1-48 hours to process your order. We try to ship all orders received prior to 12:00 AM (est.) on the same day. Processing time depends on various factors such as time and day of your order and other orders in the queue.

    You will be prompted to select your desired shipping option upon checkout. Shipping options will vary depending on the distributor and availability of the item.

  10. What is the Return policy/procedure?
    All Shipping is non-refundable (unless product is damaged). You must return all unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in original packaging including instruction book, warranty cards, etc. A 15% or $5.00 re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) applies. To insure returned merchandise is received safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer. Please completely fill out the back of your invoice so that your return can be processed correctly. Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you find another item that you would prefer over the one you have received, please place a separate order for the new item, and return the unwanted item for a refund. Should you need further instructions on a return, simply notify our customer service center within 10 days of your order.
